At GavyaGoldCovering, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth, simple, and completely hassle-free.
We encourage you to try on all the jewellery you receive. If you still wish to return an item, we’re here to help you with an easy return and refund process – no questions asked.
You will have a 15-day return period from the date you receive your products. Customers must raise the return request within this time frame. Our support team is always available to assist you with any queries related to your order, payment, or shipment.
? Please ensure product tags remain intact while raising a return request.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, Naths (Nose Pins) and Toe Rings are not returnable.
Visit our Returns Centre and fill out the return form.
Once submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your return request.
It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond and schedule a reverse pick-up.
After confirmation, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to return your products.

Enter your order number, contact number, and email.
Select the unused products you wish to return.
Upload a picture of the product(s) you are returning.
Request return shipping from GavyaGoldCovering and submit.
⚠️ The return shipment will be picked up from the original delivery address. Our delivery partner will check the product at the time of pick-up.
⚠️ Offline store purchases cannot be returned online.
Customers must bear the return shipping cost.
Returns are allowed within 15 days, provided tags remain intact.
Note: Please return the products with original packaging and invoice.
Refunds will be processed to the same account used for payment once the returned products are received and examined at our facility.
For COD orders, a secure link will be sent to your registered mobile number to submit your bank details for the refund.
Refunds are processed within 24 working hours, and may take 4–5 working days to reflect in your account.
⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To exchange a product online, please place a return request for the item you already received and place a new order on our website.
Since our designs are fast-moving, we recommend placing your new order immediately to avoid missing out.
For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated once the returned item reaches us.
Alternatively, products purchased online can be exchanged at a GavyaGoldCovering retail store within 15 days of delivery.

If the order has already been shipped, simply reject the delivery and the product will be returned to us.
